Bed and Breakfast Merida Santiago

Important:

• Because of safety. Due to the dept of the swimmingpool we cannot accept guest under the age of 8 years old. 
• Smoking is not allowed in the building. Please smoke in our front garden.
• We ask you to pay a deposit of 50 usd on arrival. We will pay the deposit back on returning the keys.
• We have a smalll dog in the Hotel. Her name is Tila. She is friendly, playfull and quiet.   
• Check-out at 11:00 am. - Check-in from 14:00 pm. If it's possible we can be flexible in this.
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 am. till 10:00 am.

Reservations:

• Please email us at yucatan-holiday@hotmail.com if you want to make a reservation.
• When you decide to stay with us, we require a 50% deposit. We accept most major credit cards through PayPal.

• We also accept international bank transactions.
• The balance is payable in USD, Mexican pesos or Euro's on arrival.

Cancellation:

• If the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 20% service fee.
• If canceled less then 60 but at least 30 days prior to arrival, one half of the deposit is refundable.
• No refund if canceled less then 30 days prior.
